Royal Columbia Orchard

Royal Bluff acquired the property for Royal Columbia Orchard (approximately 125 acres), developed the infrastructure for orchard operations, and in 2019 planted a mixture of apple varieties, including Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Cosmic Crisp, Pink Lady, and Fuji. The orchard also has nine acres planted in cherries. The property is located adjacent to Royal Bluff Orchard to the north.

Royal Columbia Orchard received its organic certification in 2024. The map below shows the layout of the blocks of planted trees.
