The New Royal Bluff Orchards grows eight varieties of organic apples, plus a small amount of sweet red cherries.

The pie chart on this page shows the percentage of each variety we grow (when at full organic production).

In addition, the on-site Cash Butte Distillery (a subsidiary of Royal Bluff), offers a selection of distilled spirits made from the unmarketable apple “culls” that are left over after harvest.
