Cash Butte Distillery was created to take our harvested “culls”—those apples with blemishes and other imperfections that render them unsalable in the fresh fruit market—and distill them into apple brandy, vodka, and other distilled spirits. Instead of selling the culls to apple juicers at a loss, we take that “waste product” and transform it into premuim consumable products.
